12PM-2PM- BLACKNIC
Which is a luxury picnic experience with a cultural twist. There will be live music, a Dj, luxury picnic services available, food trucks, a cookoff, and more. 

2PM-4PM Panel/Shops/Networking
We will have about five panelists speaking on several important issues in our community, people will be able to go and shop with the vendors, buy food from the food trucks, and network. The shops will be open for the entire event for attendees to shop but this will be the portion of the day where we will encourage most of the shopping to happen. We will also announce the winner for the cookoff, have a book bag drive and give out some awards to some community leaders and entrepreneurs. 

4PM-6PM Concert

Lastly, We will end the day with a concert with about 10 artists and a headliner.
